Here at Sugar and Plumm’s bistro our menu features familiar comfort foods such as our house-smoked chicken with our homemade waffles along with many other delicious choices we have. Our infamous weekend brunch menu has come so highly in demand that we have now added some items to our all day menu. From our benedicts to our burgers, you are sure to find something you will love! All of our meats and fish are butchered, cured and smoked in-house, accompanied by our proprietary sauces and condiments. We have a full service bar, monthly specials and also host events.
An Artisan Chocolatier
Our commissary houses a world-class chocolate factory where we use only the finest all natural raw chocolate, much of which is sustainably-farmed and exclusive in the United States to Sugar and Plumm. Using the finest chocolate is only the first step; our chocolates are created under the watchful eye of world-renowned Master French Chocolatier Thierry Atlan and his team who is lead by his right hand Antoine Tremblay. Our chocolates are made in-house with the freshest ingredients, natural flavors and no preservatives.
A Magical Macaron Maker
At Sugar and Plumm our macarons are done in-house we produce them with the freshest ingredients, all natural flavors and use no preservatives. From grinding raw almonds to make our almond flower to picking the freshest fruits for our jams, we do it all! We have a team of pastry chefs that are dedicated just to making our delicate French delights that range in colors from black to white, green to purple, orange and everything in between. Constantly rotating seasonal flavors while keeping year round classics.
A Whimsical Ice Creamery
Our team of world-class pastry chefs have even mastered the art of frozen delights. All of our ice cream and sorbet that are used in our desserts, sundaes and milkshakes are handcrafted in small batches. We use only the best quality milk, cream, fruits and chocolate to give them the best flavor. At Sugar and Plumm it’s a labor of love to create ice cream. It is a two-day process allowing the flavors to meld and intensify before they are spun and swirled with mix-ins to create a velvety creamy treat. We of course have all the classics on the menu, but love to throw in seasonal flavors as well.
A Classic Bake Shop
Our commissary boasts handmade propriety French macarons, classic American-style pastries, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, and cakes for every occasion. Our team of pastry chefs source only the best raw ingredients and create everything fresh daily. We use no mixes or bases and craft all of our own batters, fillings and jams in-house.
