A boutique bistro.

Sugar and Plumm’s bistro Chef Ben Dodaro menu journeys from updated yet classic flavor profiles such as house-smoked salmon adorned with crème fraiche, red onions and capers on a gluten-free buckwheat crepe. Also features ingredient driven comfort foods such as our 72-hour house-smoked pulled pork in between our homemade waffles with picked onion slaw. All of our meats and fish are butchered, cured and smoked in-house, accompanied by our proprietary made fresh daily sauces and condiments.

Our teams of world-class pastry chefs have even mastered the art of frozen delights. All of our ice cream and sorbet used in our desserts, ice cream sundaes, milk shakes and smoothies are handmade from scratch and produced daily. We use only the freshest milk and cream, fruits, chocolates everything in it’s purest form to give the best flavors…not a flavor extract in sight! It’s a labor of love to create ice creams that are a two day process allowing the flavors to meld and intensify before they are spun and swirled with mix-ins to create a velvety creamy treat. We of course have the classics, but love to throw in seasonal flavors and really use fresh local ingredients.

An artisan chocolate maker.

Our commissary houses a world-class chocolate laboratory where we use only the finest all natural raw chocolate, much of which is sustainably-farmed and exclusive in the United State to Sugar and Plumm. Using the finest chocolate is only the first step; under the watchful eye of world-renowned Master French Chocolatier Thierry Atlan and with a team of two full-time Parisian chocolatiers on staff we can afford to craft each item only in small well-cared for batches. Everything at Sugar and Plumm is done in-house we produce the finest French macarons with the freshest ingredients, all natural flavors and no preservatives. We have a team of pastry chefs that are dedicated to making our delicate French delights that range in colors from black to white, green to purple, orange and everything in between. Constantly rotating flavors for seasons, yet keeping out classics year round.

An enchanting bakery

Our commissary boasts handmade propriety French macarons, European and American-style pastries, tarts, cupcakes, brownies, cookies, scones, cake pops and cakes for every occasion. Our team of pastry chefs sour only the best raw ingredients from all around the globe, and create everything fresh daily in our pristine state of the art facility. We bake in two shifts a day, overnight for morning deliveries and mornings for afternoon deliveries in order to ensure that only the best quality of baked goods are offered to our customers. We use no mixes, bases or chemical stabilizers and hand-craft all of our own fillings, jams and jellies in house.

A unique candy and gift shoppe

At Sugar and Plumm we strive to be the best at what we do, but also to carry items that cannot be found anywhere else. We are constantly researching new candies, new companies, new toys, and new books all around the world to try to find the perfect gifts. Fine bone china mugs from London, plush toys from France, Cookies from Dubai … you name it we are out there finding it. We offer great branded wood boxes for our gift baskets which give it that extra fun flair. Feel free to come into one of our locations and make your own mix of fantastic treats and sweets for any occasion.
