Our commissary makes everything handmade, from scratch; think French macarons, cupcakes, scones and cookies all created with the watchful eyes of our star-studded team of pastry chefs. Meanwhile, Thierry Atlan, Master French Chocolatier is at the helms of our chocolate laboratory, where only the very best raw products go into making every piece in our exclusive line of all-natural chocolates. In our bistro, our Executive Chef Ben Dodaro revisits the classic flavor combinations and comfort food dishes that are as enticing as the desserts that will follow.
